1. Agreement
By using WaLink (the “Service”) at link.wacloud.app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. WaLink is operated by WaCloud (wacloud.app).
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
- No spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- No links to illegal content, malware, or content that violates WhatsApp’s terms.
- No impersonation, hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
- No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
We may disable any link or account that breaks these rules without notice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the phone numbers, messages, and slugs you create. You grant us a limited license to host and serve them so the Service can work.
5. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is”. We try hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results. Features may change.
6. Pricing
The core features are free. We may add paid plans in the future and will give clear notice before charging anything.
7. Termination
You can stop using WaLink and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WaCloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
9. Trademarks
WhatsApp is a trademark of its respective owner. WaLink is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp / Meta.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
